Costs

Evaluation: $75
Most evaluations will be two hours and include an initial consultation, a comprehensive assessment of physical and functional abilities, goal setting and exercise prescription, and a trial workout session.

Program Fees:
Level 1: $95 per hour (up to 16 hours of therapy per month)
Level 2: $90 per hour (from 17 to 31 hours of therapy per month)
Level 3: $85 per hour (32 hours of therapy or more per month)
